This section of the Terms of Service sets out the additional terms and conditions of service (“Additional Terms”) relating to the product and service known as “StockOracle™” or such other name as it may be known by from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, these Additional Terms are part of the current Terms of Service that can be accessed at: https://www.stockoracle.com/terms-of-service. Please note that the existing link to the Additional Terms may be amended from time to time and you are expected to refer to the latest Terms of Service for the website that is currently in use.
- The StockOracle™ is a service that allows you to perform research, maintain a watchlist of your financial instruments and create your own dashboard for your investments .
- Information made available to you on the StockOracle™, including stock prices and other price data, charts and other representations of data, may be from third party websites, and we expressly disclaim all liability for the accuracy and reliability (or lack thereof) of such information. You are reminded to refer to clauses 7 and 8 of the main Terms of Service with regard to the use of third party websites, content and materials.
- One feature of StockOracle™ is the availability of research tools, that allow you to use ranking matrices or other methods developed by Piranha Pte. Ltd.. These methods are proprietary and while you may use them for the purposes outlined in the Terms of Service (in particular, please refer to clause 5.1 of the Terms of Service), you agree not to use them for any other purposes.
- StockOracle™ may present data to you using visual representations (such as graphs or charts) in simplified form or using other data manipulation techniques. Such presentation may be different from how the raw data was collected or is perceived. You understand that to in order to present data, there is a certain element of selection, and certain raw data may be omitted from the presentation. By way of illustration, the historical price action of an index and its trend over a period of time may need to be configured on a logarithmic scale, and thus, the chart may not show smaller units of the price action.
- You agree that StockOracle™ is not intended to provide you with investment or financial advice, recommendations or what is popularly known as “trade calls”. You are expected to rely on your own knowledge and skills, and only use StockOracle™ as a tool for your personal investments and trades.
- StockOracle™ allows you to add or remove your own selection of financial instruments, such as stocks, exchange-traded funds, and option contracts. Piranha Pte. Ltd. expressly disclaims any responsibility and liability for any financial instruments that you choose to monitor, and will not advise you on the merits or other considerations regarding such instruments.
